All appropriate government, professional body (RICTAT), and insurers guidelines and protocols have been put in place to ensure all of our safety during the pandemic.
Changes to clinic procedures:
*All paperwork will be completed over the phone within 72 hours of your appointment. In addition, a COVID-19 questionnaire will be asked.
* Please attend your appointment on time and alone unless previously discussed.
*Bring with you minimal personal belongings and wear a face mask, disposable masks are available to purchase for £1. You will be asked to wash your hands on arrival.
* Should you or your family develop COVID-19 symptoms, DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Contact 111 or your GP for advice for appropriate medical care. If you show symptoms within 14 days following your appointment, please contact us to initiate government Track & Trace system.
These could be:
- High temperature (feel hot to touch on chest or back)
- New, continuous cough
- Loss or change of smell or taste
Other symptoms have been reported.
